We will join CIBUSTEC 2011, which is taking place in Parma from the 18th to the 21st of October 2011, and we will present our latest technological news linked to the components supposed to be used on machinery and lines of drying, packing and process.
We are going to set out drying components suitable for:
•Systems and machinery which dry cans, food containers and tetrapak packaging
•Systems and machinery used to dry bottles
•Systems and machinery which dry fruit and vegetables
•Systems and industrial machinery for mass production
Magugliani s.r.l. is able to provide a wide range of components such as:
•Air curtains for cleaning and drying
•Blowing centrifuges
•Nozzles, jets, air amplifiers for cables, pipes, extruded profiles, parts in process
•Compressed air cooling system
•Cooling and conditioning systems for electric cabinet
The use of simple compressed air already available or the use of centrifugal blowers combined with air curtain generators allows to reach high levels of efficiency, granting a strong air flux with considerable energy conservation, especially if compared to systems which can count on side channel blowers ofter used in drying systems.
The product scale encloses high technological centrifugal blowers plus air curtains drop-sectional generators (shape which reduces the pressure). Centrifugal blowers are made with high quality material to last for a long time and to keep down mantenaince activities: aluminium rotor worked CNC and perfectly balanced, bearings support group with cooling tabs, hibrid, life-lubrificated and ceramic bearings which last 5 times more than the traditional ones. The small dimensions allow to place them directly on the production line or next to it.
Air curtain generators are available made of extruded, anodized aluminium or made of rust-proof AISI 316 steel. Each centrifugal blower can improve more generators; the wide scale in the catalogue encloses centrifugal blowers of different sizes and a series of accessories to realize custom-made systems depending on the speed of the production line and the needs of Clients.
Applications commonly made enclose the complete drying of the bottle, can or canister before the labelling or before the packing of the top area and/or the area assigned to the ink jet printing of the lot and the expiry date.
